Community Guidelines
These rules protect a thoughtful, adult community built for meaningful relationships.
Be genuine
Use your own identity, current photos and truthful profile information. Do not impersonate, misrepresent relationship status, operate duplicate accounts or manipulate verification.
Respect consent and boundaries
No harassment, threats, hate, stalking, coercion, pressure for sexual content or repeated contact after someone declines. Respect each relationship stage and every member’s choice to slow down, block or end a connection.
One Courtship at a time
You may have multiple eligible Acquaintance and Friendship connections, but only one active Courtship. Either member can end a Courtship at any time. Before entering another Courtship, a member must complete a minimum 30-day cooling period from the recorded ending and receive an individual Super Admin safety review. A review never replaces either person’s independent consent or normal progression requirements.
Keep people safe
Never exploit, groom or endanger a child. Do not share illegal, violent, non-consensual or exploitative content. Do not solicit money, financial credentials, identity documents or access codes. Report suspected scams, underage users and safety concerns promptly.
Use SamClerg as intended
SamClerg is for personal adult relationship and matchmaking use, not advertising, recruitment, commercial solicitation, mass messaging, scraping, automated access or data harvesting.
Enforcement
We assess context, severity, history and immediate risk. Actions may include content removal, warnings, discovery limits, verification requests, suspension or termination. Safety and legal records may be preserved where necessary, and serious matters may be referred to competent authorities.
